Responsibilities
- Manage solar projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, suppliers, and site workers.
- Plan and monitor project schedules.
- Ensure timely installation and completion of projects.
- Manage manpower and materials at the site.
- Monitor work quality and safety.
- Solve project and site-related issues.
- Prepare project progress reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in solar projects is preferred.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar installation and electrical systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
