We are looking for a highly skilled

Project Manager with experience in managing IT projects for reputed companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end software projects from requirement gathering to deployment and support

, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and business objectives are met.

- Act as a bridge between clients, developers and management

.

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, project scope, deliverables, and execution plans

.

- Provide technical oversight on solution architecture, application design, APIs, databases, integrations, and SDLC

.

- Manage project planning, estimation, resources, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and change requests.

- Drive projects using

Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and ensure effective delivery governance.

- Manage client relationships, conduct requirement and solution discussions, provide project updates, and resolve escalations.

- Guide technical teams, remove delivery blockers, and ensure adherence to quality, security, documentation, and development standards

.

- Support solutioning, technical discussions, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities when required.





- Analyse project outcomes and implement continuous improvement and lessons learned

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

.

- 5+ years of IT/software development experience

, including 2

+ years in Project Management

.

- Proven experience managing software development projects with strong technical understanding of

Laravel, .NET, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform

.

- Sound knowledge of solution architecture, system integration, APIs, databases, and SDLC

.

- Proven ability to understand technical solutions and effectively collaborate with developers and architects

.

- Strong client-facing experience in requirement gathering, solution discussions, presentations, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.

- Hands-on experience with

Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools

.

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making,

risk and stakeholder management skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or relevant certification will be an advantage.
