We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Solar to lead the execution of solar EPC projects in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for managing solar installation projects end-to-end, from planning through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of solar projects (rooftop and/or ground-mounted) from site handover to commissioning
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
- Monitor project progress, resolve in office issues, and manage timelines and budgets
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and statutory compliance on site
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to provide regular project status updates
- Manage procurement and logistics of materials and equipment as needed for project execution




- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and completion certificates

Requirements
- Prior experience executing solar projects is mandatory (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience managing project execution, site teams, and contractors
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple project activities simultaneously
- Based in or willing to work in Ludhiana

Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, depending on the caliber and experience of the candidate
