ROLE PURPOSE The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects from initiation to completion. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards while maintaining effective coordination with all stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and implementation schedules.

Coordinate project activities across teams and locations.

Define deliverables, milestones, roles and responsibilities.

Monitor project progress against targets and timelines.

Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues,

Coordinate meetings, workshops, training and stakeholder engagements.

Manage relationships with clients, partners, government agencies and vendors.

Prepare project reports, presentations, MIS and management updates.

Monitor budgets,

Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record keeping

Lead project review meetings and follow up on action points.

Establish monitoring and reporting systems to track outcomes

Ensure compliance with organisational and project requirements.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve results.

Escalate critical issues to senior management with practical solutions.
