Role Description The Project Manager – Retail Projects will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of retail store projects for Da Milano Italia. This full time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves coordinating store rollouts, renovations, and fit-outs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards. The role includes managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and contractors; aligning designs with brand guidelines; and collaborating closely with retail operations, visual merchandising, and procurement teams.

The Project

Manager will track project progress, mitigate risks, prepare status reports, and support approvals and compliance with local regulations.



The position also involves continuous process improvement, cost optimization, and ensuring a high-quality retail experience aligned with Da Milano’s luxury brand image.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in project management for retail store development, fit-outs, or interiors, preferably in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management using relevant tools and methods.
- Experience coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of retail store layouts, visual merchandising requirements, and brand design standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and visit project locations as needed; comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office, project management software, and basic understanding of construction and compliance norms.
- Experience in multi-location retail expansion or airport retail projects will be considered a strong plus.
