Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy or related discipline.

Role Purpose

Own end-to-end project delivery of the PLTCM from engineering through commissioning and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete PLTCM project execution.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Control project scope, cost, schedule and quality.
- Coordinate pickling, tandem cold rolling, utilities and automation.
- Manage technology supplier and EPC contractor interfaces.
- Monitor long-lead equipment procurement.
- Lead project review meetings.
- Manage project risks and recovery actions.
- Coordinate commissioning and trial production.
- Drive performance guarantee testing.




- Ensure successful project handover to operations.

The ideal candidates should have:
- 15-25 years of total professional experience.
- Strong experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
- Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
- Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
- Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
