Role Description The Project Manager role at VD BLUEBERRY is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Project

Manager will oversee electrical and related projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing expediting activities for materials and equipment, supervising inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves coordinating logistics, resolving operational issues, preparing status reports, and communicating timelines, risks, and project updates to leadership and clients.

The Project

Manager will work closely with engineering, procurement,



and site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience leading multi-disciplinary electrical or construction projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting, with the ability to track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills, with familiarity in quality checks, site inspections, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills, with experience in planning, coordinating, and optimizing material movement and site logistics.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Prior experience in electrical contracting, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects in a similar role is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in dynamic project environments and proficiency in basic project management and collaboration tools.
