1. PROCESS OPTIMIZATION - End-to-End RCM

- Design patient journey: Mall entry - HER Card - OPD - IVF Lab - Billing - Collection
- Zero leakage: Every OPU/ICSI/Freezing must auto-capture in HIS. 100% advance for Rs 99,999 Founder IVF Package
- Own Hub & Spoke SOP: Egg transport from Faridabad / Lajpat Nagar / Karol Bagh to Dwarka Hub

1. DATA ANALYTICS & REPORTING - Daily Dashboard

- Monitor: OPD to IPD 15% | AR Days less than 45 | TPA Denial less than 5% | AFHC to Mall footfall %
- Track: 25 OPU/month | Clinical Pregnancy Rate | Wellness cross-sell (Aspen/Acquire)
- Weekly P&L; vs Budget report to Facility Director - Revenue Rs 7.15 Cr Target
- AFHC Monetization Tracking: 120 screened at Shanti Gyan Niketan - How many converted to Mom & Me Package

1. RISK & COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT





- Ensure: ART Act 2021, PNDT, BMW, Fire - for Dwarka + Faridabad + Collection Labs
- Mitigate: OHSS transfer MOU, LN2 transport SOP, Teen data privacy for AFHC at Shanti Gyan Niketan
- Audit: Daily IVF Lab Log, Consent Bundle, Witness System, Coding Accuracy

1. STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION - One POH Goal

- Bridge Doctors vs Mall vs Wellness (Aspen/Acquire/Aurora) vs Marketing - One Agenda
- Manage School Principals (AFHC), Corporate HR (Perimenopause), RWAs (Grace) - For POH HER
- Align all to: One Woman. One Journey. One POH. | EBITDA 36.4% Target

SUCCESS IN 6 MONTHS 25 OPU/month | 10 Schools @ Rs 1.5L | 1000+ HER Cards | Zero Leakage

Qualification: MBA/MHA/BAMS with Healthcare Ops | Launched 1 Hospital/IVF Lab | HIS + TPA + RCM Expert
