We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager - Mechanical Projects to lead project execution, site operations, client coordination and overall project delivery.

JOB TITLE : Project Manager

LOCATION : PAN INDIA

A. Roles & Responsibilities :

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring and successful completion of mechanical projects.

1. Prepare, review and obtain approval for project drawings, layouts and technical documents in coordination with the client, consultant and internal team members.
2. Plan, monitor and execute day-to-day site activities in accordance with the approved project schedule.
3. Ensure proper documentation of daily site activities, work progress, testing, inspection and quality-related records.
4. Attend regular site meetings with clients, consultants, architects
5. Ensure timely completion of projects as per the approved schedule, quality standards and project requirements.
6. Coordinate and follow up on site labour billing, measurements and payments.
7. Ensure proper material reconciliation, consumption tracking and control of material wastage.
8. Coordinate with procurement, vendors, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure the timely availability of manpower, materials and equipment.
9. Monitor project progress, productivity, quality and overall site performance.
10. Ensure that all works are executed as per approved drawings,



specifications, safety standards and applicable quality requirements & successful handover of completed systems.
11. Manage subcontractors, vendors and site manpower effectively to achieve project targets.
12. Identify project-related issues and provide timely solutions to minimise delays and cost overruns by maintaining proper project records, reports, measurements and other relevant documentations.
13. Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to the Director.

B. Educational Background Required :

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 7-8 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Projects, Utility Piping, Fire Fighting Systems or related industrial projects.
3. Candidates with hands-on experience in site execution and project management will be preferred.
4. Willingness to travel and work at project sites across PAN India. C. Required Skill :

5. Strong technical knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems and Utility Piping Systems.
6. Knowledge and practical experience in: Project Planning & Execution

Project Monitoring

Budgeting and Cost Control

Procurement & Material Management

Subcontractor & Vendor Management

QA/QC Testing & Commissioning & Project Handover

7. Ability to independently lead project/site teams and effectively manage contractors and subcontractors.
8. Good knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
9. Solid Manpower Planning and Management Skills.
10. Good problem-solving, decision-making and leadership abilities.
