Role Description The Project Manager will oversee turnkey interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are consistently met. This full time is based in Mumbai or any other area as per site demands. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating design and execution activities, managing project schedules, monitoring site progress, and aligning stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The Project

Manager will handle procurement and expediting of materials, manage logistics for on-time delivery, and ensure inspections and quality checks are completed as per standards. The role also involves risk assessment, issue resolution, documentation, and providing regular project status updates to leadership and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience handling multiple interior projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience in expediting and expeditor activities, ensuring timely procurement, follow-up with vendors,



and on-schedule delivery.
- Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes, with the ability to conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Experience in logistics management, including coordination of material movement, storage, and on-site delivery for turnkey interiors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to use project management tools and MS Office, and to maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Demonstrated capability to work in a site environment, manage time independently, and adapt to dynamic project demands.
