Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Project Manager – Interior Design to oversee interior design projects from initial planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end interior design projects from concept development to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and timelines.
- Work closely with design teams to ensure design intent is effectively translated into execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of all activities.
- Monitor project budgets, material costs, and overall project expenses.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material selections to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution, workmanship, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, delays,



and execution challenges and take corrective action.
- Ensure coordination between various site teams and external agencies.
- Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at the site.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and records.
- Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
- Ensure smooth project handover and closure upon completion.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in interior design project management, design execution, or a related field.
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interior projects will be an advantage.
