Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage HVAC projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for HVAC system installations and maintenance services.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in managing HVAC projects or similar roles.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.

- Robust understanding of MEP coordination principles and practices.

- Proven track record of successfully executing complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
