Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Construction to plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, leadership and communication skills, with hands-on experience in construction execution, scheduling, budgeting, quality and safety management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects from project initiation to completion and handover.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements and procurement strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables in coordination with management and stakeholders.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays and risks, and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, resource allocation and change orders.
- Support contractor/subcontractor evaluation, negotiations and vendor selection.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, quality and safety compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory requirements and safety regulations.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.




- Maintain project documentation including drawings, contracts, permits, reports, approvals and change orders.
- Lead and guide the project team to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective measures.
- Evaluate completed project activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution and project management practices.
- Valuable understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents.
- Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
- Good coordination skills with contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel and construction management software.
- Knowledge of Indian construction standards, building regulations and safety requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP / relevant Project Management or Construction Management certification.
- Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of BIM software and modern construction technologies.
- Experience in contract management, claims and negotiations.
- Knowledge of risk management and project cost management.
- Familiarity with sustainable/green building practices and LEED certification.
- Knowledge of lean construction methodologies.
