Manage end-to-end elevator installation projects from site readiness to commissioning and handover.

nPlan and supervise lift installation activities as per project timelines.

nManage installation teams, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.

nCoordinate with customers, builders, consultants, and site teams.

nEnsure proper installation of elevator components including rails, machines, doors, cabins, electrical systems, and control panels.

nMonitor project progress, manpower, material availability, and installation quality.

nEnsure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements at sites.

nTroubleshoot installation and technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution.

nConduct testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final handover.

nPrepare project reports, installation progress updates, and MIS.

nEnsure projects are completed within agreed time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
