About the Role

Turium AI is looking for a hands-on ERP Implementation Project Manager to join our Hyderabad team and support enterprise technology and ERP transformation programs across India and Australia.

This role is suited to someone with strong experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations , who is confident working with senior stakeholders and coordinating functional, technical and business teams across complex transformation programs.

You will take ownership across the full implementation lifecycle, from planning and design through configuration, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects and major project workstreams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and delivery schedules.
- Create and manage project charters, RAID registers, status reports and governance documentation.
- Track and manage project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data migration and testing teams.
- Manage project scope, resources, dependencies and deliverables.
- Work closely with customers and business stakeholders to manage requirements, priorities and implementation readiness.
- Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders, Steering Committees and governance forums.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Drive actions, follow-ups and accountability across project teams.




- Ensure projects are delivered against agreed scope, timelines and quality expectations.

What We’re Looking For

- Around 4–8 years of project delivery experience , with strong experience in ERP implementation projects .
- Demonstrated experience delivering at least one end-to-end ERP implementation .
- Experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday or similar enterprise platforms .
- Strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle , including requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live.
- Strong experience managing RAID, project plans, governance and delivery reporting .
- Experience coordinating cross-functional ERP teams including functional consultants, developers, integration specialists, data teams and testers.
- Confident presenting project status, risks, dependencies and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
- Experience in consulting, systems integration or enterprise transformation environments would be highly regarded.
