Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end telecom projects for Airtel & Cloudextel.
Handle OH & UG FTTH and NLD Last Mile projects.
Manage ROW permissions with authorities such as NHAI, PWD, Municipal Corporation, Forest Department, Railways, etc.
Ensure CWO closures and achievement of rollout targets.
Manage material planning, utilization & reconciliation.
Monitor SLA, productivity, KRA & KPI of project teams.
Conduct regular data, tools & project audits.
Handle customer complaints, escalations & troubleshooting within TAT.
Ensure strict compliance with WHSE & ABAC requirements.
Lead, motivate, and develop project teams through reskilling/upskilling initiatives.
Take complete end-to-end ownership of project execution.
