Role Description The Project Manager role at Datadefend is a full-time position based in Gurugram, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of compliance and technology projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing resources, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks. The role also involves expediting project activities, supervising inspection and quality checks,



and managing logistics to ensure smooth implementation across the tech stack.

The Project

Manager will prepare status reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications

- Solid project management skills, including Project Management, planning, and coordination
- Experience in expediting activities, such as Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting tasks
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance practices
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for project-related materials, resources, and deliveries
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related field
- Experience managing technology or compliance-focused projects, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven environments
- Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is an advantage
