- Oversight, monitor end-to-end clinical trial activities ensuring full regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
- Train CRC/ site lead/ Project Coordinator for patient identification, Smooth recruitment process & retention of patients in the trial .
- Ensure to meet all time points as site sop, sponsor Requirements & guidelines
- Coordinate effectively with PI, CRA, Sponsors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.( All stakeholders)
- Supervise and manage CRC teams, ensuring performance, quality control, and timely task completion.
- Lead feasibility studies and support onboarding and activation of current sites and projects.
- Identify projects data quality risks proactively and ensure timely resolution to avoid escalation.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance across all clinical operations.
