About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager Cum Client Service skilled to manage the planning, execution and delivery of website development and SEO projects. The role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, tracking project timelines and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and with quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of website development and SEO projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones and resources.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO specialists and content writers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project briefs.
- Track website development and SEO deliverables against KPIs.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Use project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth.
- Work with leadership to improve delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements





- 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital agency.
- Experience managing website development and SEO projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing or a related field.
- Good understanding of WordPress/CMS and website development workflows.
- Understanding of the complete SEO lifecycle — technical, on-page, off-page and content.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with project management/collaboration tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good to Have

- Experience handling international/GCC clients.
- Knowledge of PPC, social media marketing and eCommerce.
- Exposure to CRM and business-process automation tools.
