Job Overview

As we transition into a SaaS-first approach, we are looking for a dynamic Principal Delivery Specialist to drive revenue growth, expand the market presence, and position us as the industry leader in SaaS-based DMS & SFA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end project delivery: Plan,



execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Project planning & execution: Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Stakeholder management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk & issue management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
- Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams to drive seamless project execution.
- Project governance & reporting: Conduct regular project reviews, publish status reports, maintain project documentation, and provide accurate visibility into project health.
- Customer relationship management: Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders by understanding business objectives, articulation and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Change management: Evaluate change requests, assess business impact,



manage project scope, and ensure controlled implementation of approved changes.
- Quality & delivery excellence: Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards while continuously driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
- 2 – 6 years of experience in Project Management, preferably delivering Enterprise Software, SaaS, DMS, SFA, ERP, or similar business applications.
- Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, delivery governance, and customer engagement practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical audiences.
- Experience in risk management, issue resolution, project planning, and execution.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools or collaboration platforms.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus.
