Job Summary

Bhumija Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and successful completion of real estate construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project execution, site management, contractor coordination, quality control, budgeting and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and execute real estate construction projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and overall project progress.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers, contractors, architects, consultants, vendors and project teams.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs and construction requirements.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment and other project resources effectively.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and material requirements.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
- Identify project risks, delays and issues and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review project progress.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.




- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Sales and other internal departments as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications and company policies.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project milestones.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction Project Management.
- Robust knowledge of construction processes, site execution and project planning.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Good understanding of project costing, BOQ, measurements and resource planning.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict project deadlines.
- Real estate development experience will be preferred.

Compensation
