Job Responsibilities

- Manage overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
- Coordinate with NBCC officials, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure timely completion of the project as per approved cost, quality, and schedule.
- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Review BOQ, RA Bills, measurements, drawings, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management and clients.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Mandatory experience in Government Projects.
- Experience in NBCC / CPWD / PWD / PSU projects will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction execution, project planning, billing, BOQ, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Candidate must be able to speak and understand Telugu/local language for effective communication with local workers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work at Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
