Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related discipline.

Role Purpose

Lead Balance of Plant project execution, ensuring timely delivery of utilities and supporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead BOP engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Manage water, cooling, compressed air, gas, utility and auxiliary systems.
- Coordinate multiple EPC contractors and vendors.
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule and quality.
- Coordinate engineering and procurement.
- Monitor construction and resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage interfaces with core process plants.
- Lead project risk and change management.
- Coordinate commissioning and integrated trial operation.




- Report project performance to senior management.

The ideal candidates should have:
- 15 - 25 years of total professional experience.
- Strong experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
- Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- Robust EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
- Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
- Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
