Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Goa for construction of a 4 floor building with 2 basements.

The Project

Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, supervising site activities, and collaborating with expeditors, inspectors, and logistics teams to keep materials and equipment flowing smoothly. The role requires regular monitoring of project progress, addressing risks and issues, preparing reports for leadership,



and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients.

The Project

Manager supports continuous improvement by reviewing project performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience overseeing end-to-end construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in coordinating Expeditor activities and managing Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Knowledge of Inspection procedures, quality control standards, and safety regulations relevant to construction and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in construction sector in Goa
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve issues on-site, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and using project management and reporting tools.
