Project Manager + Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager + Business Analyst to manage end-to-end project delivery while handling business analysis, e-learning, custom content development, and stakeholder management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project management, requirement analysis, e-learning solutions, and custom content development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, QA, instructional designers, content developers, and other teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint activities.
- Manage and prioritize project/product backlog.
- Coordinate UAT and ensure requirements are successfully delivered.
- Manage e-learning and custom content development projects from requirement gathering through design, development, review, testing, and final delivery.
- Work closely with Instructional Designers, Content Developers, Graphic Designers, Animators, SMEs, and technology teams to ensure quality content delivery.
- Understand client learning requirements and translate them into e-learning, digital learning,



and custom content solutions.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per quality standards.

Required Skills
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, e-learning, and custom content development projects.
- Excellent requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience managing e-learning/content development lifecycle, including design, development, review, UAT, and delivery.
- Experience with UAT, risk management, change management, and project planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.

Valuable to Have
- PMP / CSM / PMI-ACP certification.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and software development processes.
- Experience in SaaS, BFSI, FinTech, enterprise applications, e-learning, or digital learning solutions.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design, LMS, SCORM, Articulate Storyline, Rise, or other e-learning authoring tools.
- Experience in custom content development, learning content strategy, and digital learning solutions.
