NRole Purpose

nWe are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple workstreams within the FCEP Strategic Data Programme. The role will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of a portfolio of Financial Crime, data management, and strategic data initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organisational priorities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex programmes and projects in large enterprise environments, working across business, technology, data, and third-party supplier teams.

They will be accountable for planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery execution to ensure programme outcomes are achieved successfully.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams within the Strategic Data Programme.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts, RAID logs, governance artefacts, and status reporting.
N
- Manage project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and critical milestones to ensure successful delivery.
N
- Coordinate and collaborate with business, technology, architecture, data, and vendor teams to drive programme objectives.
N
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies in a timely manner.
N
- Establish effective governance frameworks and prepare materials for steering committees and programme leadership forums.
N
- Drive stakeholder engagement across senior business and technology leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
N
- Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs,



timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.

- Support change management and adoption activities where required to enable successful implementation.
N
- Promote best practice project management disciplines and ensure compliance with organisational delivery standards.

nSkills & Experience

- Approximately 10+years of project and programme management experience, delivering complex business and technology initiatives within large organisations.
N
- Demonstrated experiencemanaging multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional delivery teams.
N
- Solid background in project planning, governance, financial management, risk management, and delivery controls.
N
- Experience delivering enterprise data, data governance, data transformation, regulatory, or strategic change programmes is highly desirable.
N
- Proven ability to buildstrong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
N
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
N
- Experience working withthird-party vendors, managed service providers, and external delivery partners.
N
- Ability to operate in afast-paced environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery management.
N
- Experience within Financial Services, Life Insurance, Asset Management, Banking, or Corporate Functions environments would be advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery approaches.

nQualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

- PMP (Project ManagementProfessional) and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification desirable.

- Additional Agile, Scrum, or Change Management certifications would be beneficial.
