Role Description The Project Management Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing furniture projects from initial concept through production and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The Project Management

Executive will work closely with design, production, sales, and vendor teams to track progress, resolve issues, and manage resources effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project schedules, monitoring milestones, conducting market and product-related research,



and presenting project updates to internal stakeholders and clients. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, identifying process improvements, and supporting management in strategic project decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Presentation skills to share project updates clearly and engage with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess project feasibility, understand customer needs, and support data-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in project management, operations, or coordination within manufacturing, furniture, or related industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and basic reporting is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are important.
