- 1525+ years of experience in project execution, construction management, and plant expansion projects .
- Solid experience in FMCG, Food Beverage, Process Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or similar manufacturing industries .
- Experience in PepsiCo / beverage manufacturing projects will be preferred .
- Strong exposure to CAPEX and manufacturing plant expansion projects .
- Experience in managing greenfield and brownfield projects .
- Strong knowledge of:
