We are looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Project Execution Leader with 20+ years of experience , preferably with reputed large real estate developers, to lead and drive the successful execution of large-scale residential projects.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- 20+ years of experience in real estate project execution , preferably with reputed large developers.
- Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of villas, plotted developments, and high-rise apartment projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, execution, cost control, and site operations .
- Experience managing multiple projects, large site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors .
- Solid ownership of project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and statutory compliance .




- Ability to identify execution risks , resolve bottlenecks, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with leadership, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proven leadership capability in building high-performing project teams and driving execution discipline and accountability.
- Strong understanding of project governance, MIS, progress monitoring, and escalation management .
- Candidates with a stable career history will be preferred.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
