PROJECT HEAD – SCHOOL & EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably Mathematics / Physics background

Experience: Proven experience as Principal / Centre Head / Senior Academic Head

Preference: Senior / Retired candidate with strong academic experience

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle overall centre operations and management.
- Manage staff, students, admissions and day-to-day academic activities.
- Conduct and participate in counselling sessions, admission procedures and parent interactions.
- Handle student/parent enquiries and support admission growth.
- Ensure smooth functioning of school/institute operations.
- Handle administrative work, records and documentation.
- Conduct training and orientation of staff and new joiners.
- Coordinate with academic, administrative and support teams.




- Take complete responsibility for centre discipline, working standards and smooth operations.
- Independently manage the centre with minimum supervision and ensure effective implementation of management decisions.

Candidate Profile
- Solid academic and administrative background.
- Proven experience as Principal, Centre Head or equivalent senior position in a school/institute.
- Good communication, counselling and leadership skills.
- Mature, responsible and capable of independent decision-making.
- Strong ability to manage students, staff, parents and overall centre activities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
