Role & responsibilities
Facilitating & assisting in designing & executing Assessment/ Development projects with the ability to prioritize, plan, and manage key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Supporting Assessment/ Development interventions while maintaining standards and objectivity of the process through internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for report writing, ensuring quality of reports and individual development plans, interpreting the results and sharing insights on ways to improve and add value.
Research Work, Customization of tools and industry/level-wise relevance of tools, related interventions and internal workshops.
