Roles and Responsibilities:

- Accountable for customer acceptance by managing the project technical contractual scope and ensuring engineering deliverables meet agreed requirements.

- Manage project technical risks, define mitigation plans, and raise variation orders in case of contractual scope evolution together with the Project Manager.

- Validate technical design choices with peers and the Solution Director; ensure applicable regulations in the customer country/city are incorporated into the solution design.

- Own project solution engineering activities including customization and parameterization of the generic solution to meet QCDP commitments; build and analyze the project requirements database (PRD) and allocate requirements across engineering roles.

- Chair the Project Change Control Board (CCB), supervise Verification & Validation, provide BOM, and lead complete validation of the Project Solution while functionally managing the engineering team.

Skills Required:





- Project Manager experience with ownership of technical contractual scope and delivery governance.

- System Engineer capability to lead design/application engineering activities and manage engineering work packages.

- Railway signaling domain knowledge to ensure correct solution design, validation, and compliance for signaling projects.

- Experience supervising Verification & Validation and managing engineering documentation and technical deliverables (e.g., BOM and technical documents).

Valuable to Have

- System Design experience for complex railway signaling solutions.

- Train Control system exposure to support end-to-end validation and integration considerations.

Qualifications

- 13 - 17 years of relevant experience in project engineering and system engineering for railway signaling/rail control systems.

Education:

B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M. Tech in Computer Application, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science and Automation, Computer Science and Information Security, Computer Science and Technology, Computer Science Engineering, or Computer Technology.
