Synergy Air Systems is an Ahmedabad-based HVAC contracting and gas-phase air filtration company with 14+ years of industry experience. We are an authorized channel partner for Daikin (HVAC) and Purafil (gas-phase filtration), serving clients across pharma, healthcare, R&D;, industrial, chemical, petrochemical, data center, and commercial sectors. Our client portfolio includes names like Bayer CropScience, Navin Fluorine International, Parle Tableting Technology, and SS White Technologies.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Project Engineer to manage the execution of HVAC and/or gas-phase filtration projects from handover through to closure. You'll be the on-ground technical owner of a project, coordinating with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned HVAC/filtration projects, from design handover to installation, testing, commissioning, and client sign-off
- Prepare and track project schedules, resource plans, and material requirement plans
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve site-level technical and logistical issues
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications; flag discrepancies early
- Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials




- Maintain project documentation: progress reports, site logs, testing/commissioning records, and handover documents
- Support the Service Manager and technicians during commissioning and post-installation troubleshooting
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance at site
- Escalate risks, delays, or scope changes to management proactively

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC project execution (gas-phase filtration exposure is a plus, not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, VRF/chiller systems, and site execution practices
- Familiarity with reading technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project or similar planning tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites across Gujarat (and occasionally beyond)

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with similar VRF/HVAC brands
- Exposure to pharma, healthcare, or industrial clean environments
- Strong client-facing communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently on-site with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving mindset for on-ground technical issues

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
