Job Title: Project Engineer – ELV Systems

Location: Pune (with site travel as required)

Experience: 3 to 8 Years Industry: ELV (Extra Low Voltage Systems)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Engineer – ELV to manage and execute ELV system projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage ELV projects (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA System, Networking, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end project lifecycle from design review to commissioning
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare project schedules, BOQs, and technical documentation
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning at site
- Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Conduct site surveys and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS,



FAS, Networking, BMS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in project execution and site management
- Good understanding of drawings, layouts, and BOQs
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- Relevant certifications in ELV systems will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in handling commercial, residential, or industrial ELV projects
- Willingness to travel across sites (Pune & nearby locations)
- Strong client handling and reporting skills

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and interview performance)
