Role & responsibilities
1. Site supervision of house construction
2. IOT and Home automation implementation
3. Coordinate with all vendor contractors such as Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpenter, Security, Polishing, Marble and Tile laying
4. Should be a Task Master to get work done
5. Must maintain Task List and do rigorous follow up
6. Maintain material stocks and control inward and outward materials
7. Pass vendor bills
Preferred candidate profile
1. Experience in coordinating with multiple vendors
2. Valuable Project management skills
3. Must join immediately
4. Ability to manage and control people
