An HVAC Project Engineer oversees heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects from conception through execution to final commissioning. They bridge the gap between design and physical installation, managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure all systems meet structural and industry standards. - Project Execution & Site Management: Lead end-to-end site execution, monitoring daily progress against the project schedule. Supervise the installation of ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, and VRV systems.
- Design & Technical Compliance: Interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams, and shop drawings. Perform load calculations and ensure systems adhere to guidelines
- Testing & Commissioning: Lead the troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning phases, coordinating with vendors and OEMs to certify equipment operations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants,



and internal departments (Design, Purchasing, Accounts). Coordinate seamlessly with civil, electrical, and BMS (Building Management System) teams.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct site audits, ensure secure construction per EHS guidelines, and verify that installations strictly match approved specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), manage material tracking, and handle Work/Material Inspection Requests (WIR/MIR). Assist with billing, quantity surveying, and snag list.
