Key Responsibilities

1. Handle and coordinate Third-Party Inspection and Structural Audit visits across Maharashtra.

2. Prepare and submit Third-Party Inspection Reports, Structural Audit Reports and Technical Assessment Reports.

3. Assess site execution with respect to approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements.

4. Review QA/QC documentation, material testing reports, inspection records, and construction quality records, with a sound understanding of NDT/DT testing and evaluation procedures.

5. Demonstrate a good understanding of Water Supply, Building, Underground Sewerage Projects, Roads, Bridges and other infrastructure projects

6. Coordinate effectively with Clients, Consultants, Contractors,



and Site Teams to address technical and project-related requirements.

7. Identify technical and construction-related observations during site inspections and provide explicit, practical, and technical recommendations.

8. Should have working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office, and relevant Civil Engineering software, including GIS/AI-GIS applications.

9. Review and understand Detailed Project Reports (DPR), BOQs, Estimation & Costing, Tender Documents, and related project documentation.
