- Sample ordering Management for Projects - Quote preparation for samples, PO receipt from customer,

Sample order creation, Follow-up with production plants in case of critical, Tracking & closure till delivery at

Customer/Internal

- Calibration Vehicle and Materials management - Testing vehicles & parts Inwarding & Returning - Tracking

& documentation.

- Service invoice request creation with required documents & tracking

- OPL Maintenance for Projects and circulation of MoM to the participants.

- Support in preparation of slides for review meetings.

- Supporting in documentation related to Project Management processes & QG Reviews

- Maintaining documents in project folders

- Coordination with internal stakeholders for closure of tasks and Open points

- Managing short term projects like Fleet run, Catalyst testing activities independently

- Visit to customer locations as per project requirement.

- Periodic follow-ups with customers for PO amendments & price updation in SAP.

- Receipt of sample orders from customers and processing to support on time.

- Overdue Payment follow-ups for samples & Service invoices and closure.

- Coordinating with Logistics on critical supply topics
