We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Aluminium Windows, Doors & Facade industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning and production through installation and completion, ensuring smooth communication between clients, design teams, production teams, site teams, vendors, and management.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of aluminium window, door, and façade projects, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage project schedules, documentation, materials, and site requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor aluminium window, door, and façade projects from order confirmation to final installation and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, production teams, site engineers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project drawings, specifications, measurements, BOQs, material requirements, and other project-related documents.
- Track project schedules, production status, material availability, delivery, and site installation activities.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure drawings and technical requirements are properly implemented.
- Follow up on site measurements, approvals, fabrication, dispatch, installation, and project completion.
- Identify project delays, material shortages, drawing issues, or site-related challenges and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.




- Maintain project records, reports, work schedules, client communications, and other documentation.
- Prepare regular project status updates and communicate progress to management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material availability and timely delivery.
- Ensure project activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding installation requirements, access, measurements, materials, and manpower.
- Assist in resolving client/site queries and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Aluminium Windows, Doors & Facade / Fenestration projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Good understanding of aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall, façade systems, glazing, and related installation processes.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
- Good knowledge of project coordination, material planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and basic project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
