Project CoordinatorAbout the Role

Aquaneeta Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate our water treatment and purification system projects. The role involves coordinating with customers, Project Manager, Sales Team, Service Engineers, technicians, and internal departments for smooth project execution and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers, Sales Team, technicians, and internal departments.
- Track project progress and follow up on pending works and materials.
- Coordinate material requirements with Purchase/Stores.
- Prepare and maintain project records, reports, quotations, work orders, and documentation.
- Handle customer service calls and allocate calls to Service Engineers.
- Follow up on service calls and customer requirements until completion.
- Identify existing customers who may require plant revamping and recommend suitable revamping/upgradation opportunities.
- Coordinate plant revamping, modification, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate site requirements for existing plant revamping projects.
- Follow up on plant maintenance, technical issues, and required materials.
- Coordinate chemical supply and related requirements.




- Report project delays and technical issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper coordination, documentation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Environmental Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in water purification/water treatment preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Willingness to coordinate with customers and visit project sites when required.
- Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
