We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the execution of our Financial Literacy and Financial Education Programs conducted across schools, NGOs and other educational institutions.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with schools, NGOs, trainers and internal teams to ensure that financial literacy sessions and programmes are planned and executed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of financial literacy programmes.
- Coordinate with schools, NGOs and educational institutions for programme planning and scheduling.
- Communicate with school/NGO coordinators regarding session dates, timings, student participation and programme requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers, facilitators and internal teams for smooth delivery of financial literacy sessions.
- Attend school/NGO sessions and programmes as and when required.
- Support trainers and facilitators during on-ground sessions and workshops.
- Maintain programme calendars, schedules, attendance records and participant data.
- Follow up with schools and NGOs to ensure sessions are conducted as planned.
- Coordinate logistics, learning material and other requirements for financial literacy sessions.
- Collect participant feedback and maintain programme-related records.
- Prepare basic programme reports and regular status updates for management.
- Track programme progress,
pending activities and upcoming sessions.
- Handle day-to-day communication through email, phone and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of programme deliverables.
- Escalate any programme-related issues, delays or challenges to the reporting manager.
- Support the team in organising financial literacy workshops, competitions, events and other educational initiatives.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable interacting with schools, NGOs, teachers, trainers and students.
- Strong follow-up and organisational abilities.
- Positive verbal and written English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes, schedules and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to schools/NGO locations as required.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about financial literacy and personal finance.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
