Role Purpose

Establish and manage project controls across the ISP project portfolio, providing accurate visibility of schedule, cost, progress, risk and project performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish project control procedures and reporting systems.
- Develop Integrated Master Schedule.
- Establish WBS, CBS, OBS and project coding structures.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning progress.
- Manage project budget, commitments, forecasts and cost reports.
- Implement earned value management.
- Develop project dashboards and management MIS.
- Maintain project risk and opportunity registers.
- Monitor contractor schedules and progress.
- Lead schedule recovery and mitigation planning.
- Support change management and impact assessment.




- Provide management with accurate project performance analysis.

The ideal candidates should have:
- 15 - 25 years of total skilled experience.
- Strong experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
- Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
- Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
- Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
