About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Project Controls Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of the CUBE Project Management Information System (PMIS) across large-scale infrastructure and construction projects in India.

The role involves digitizing project management, design, and execution workflows while working closely with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful transformation from traditional processes to digital project controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation of the CUBE PMIS platform across infrastructure and construction projects.
- Understand existing project management, engineering, and site execution workflows and map them into digital processes.
- Drive digitization of design management, project controls, reporting, document management, and execution workflows.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure adoption, training, and process compliance.
- Configure and optimize project dashboards, reporting systems, and workflow automation.
- Coordinate with internal product, implementation, and customer teams for successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve project visibility, productivity,



and decision-making through digital tools.
- Support change management initiatives during PMIS implementation.

Required Qualifications & Skills Must-Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, EPC, construction, or engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of project management and project control workflows in Indian infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of construction lifecycle processes, including planning, engineering, procurement, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong interest in digital transformation and technology-driven project management.
- Ability to engage with project stakeholders and drive system adoption.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple project sites in India.

Valuable-to-Have
- Experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), planning tools, or digital construction platforms.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction workflows.
- Exposure to project planning, scheduling, cost control, document control, or progress monitoring tools.
