Candidate Requirements (response within 24 to 48 hours):
- You've managed real projects with real deadlines — agency experience is a plus
- You've coordinated a team, not just your own tasks
- You are highly comfortable working with Google Sheets for project tracking, task management and team coordination
- Experience with other PM tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Trello or Asana is a plus
- You communicate clearly and follow up without being reminded
- Comfortable with a full time, Monday-to-Saturday role
