Job Description The Transition Team Manager leads post-acquisition transition and integration of eye clinics and hospitals acquired under the merger and acquisition models. Operating in a program management capacity, the role owns the end-to-end transition lifecycle of each acquired unit and rotates to the next merger and acquisition assignment upon successful stabilization and handover. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end post-merger transition and integration of acquired clinics/hospitals into the ASG operating model. Act as program manager for each transition, owning timelines, budgets, and risk resolution. Coordinate branding, systems (HIS/IT), staffing, and SOP rollout during transition. Track transition milestones, escalate issues, and drive timely resolution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Operations, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal – for smooth integration. Ensure smooth handover to regional operations upon stabilization.



Rotate to the next acquisition/transition assignment upon successful completion. Key Deliverables Successful transition/integration within defined timeline Smooth handover to regional operations post-stabilization Transition budget adherence Zero disruption to patient services during transition Number of successful transitions completed and rotated Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in program/project management, M&A; integration, or multi-unit business transitions within healthcare, retail, diagnostics, or franchise-led business models. Prior exposure to regional operations of eye care hospital chains preferred. Qualification & Experience Graduate/MBA preferred; 5–10 years in program management, business integration, or regional operations, with proven experience managing multi-stakeholder transitions and change management. Location WB East /Bihar/UP, Rajasthan/North (rotates by deal; district-level travel)
