- Drive measurable business value through digital platforms impacting distributor productivity, sales force effectiveness, customer coverage, and order execution. N
- Collaborate with seniorleadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions in keeping with the application strategy. N
- Optimize platform investments through enhanced adoption, license governance, platform rationalization, and operational efficiencies. N
- Deliver strategic transformation programs within committed timelines, scope, and budget. N
- Ensure realization of perks from GTM transformation, automation initiatives, and digital modernization programs. N

- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and stability of customer-facing and sales-facing digital platforms. N
- Serve as a subject matter expert in defining business process, providing guidance and recommendations to technical teams and stakeholders. N




- Improve distributor, retailer, and field sales experience through continuous product enhancements and process simplification. N
- Enable business adoption through structured communication, training, change management, and release readiness activities. N

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions and ensure it connects various downstream and upstream applications, systems, and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time communication. N
- Own product roadmap, strategy and delivery for DMS, SFA, Salesforce-enabled business solutions and Distributor Lifecycle Management Platforms N
- Prioritize product enhancements and business requirements based on strategic objectives, business value, and operational impact. N
