Cross-Functional Coordination

You will coordinate across multiple internal teams:

Commerce Team for on-demand ordering and platform purchases

Research Team for long-tail requests, sourcing, and vendor discovery

Supply Team for staffing requirements including cooks, maids, chef coaches,

nutritionists

You will become exceptionally strong at orchestrating fragmented workflows across people,

tools, vendors, and AI systems.

What We're Looking For

1–5 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Startups,

or Customer Experience

Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving abilities

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfort working in ambiguity and rapid-changing environments

Curiosity about AI and technology-enabled operations
