Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple complex projects and drive end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams. The role requires solid Azure/cloud exposure, client management, delivery governance, and financial ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple projects/programs ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams, resources, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, utilization, revenue, margins, and burn-rate analysis.
- Review and govern SOWs, scope, deliverables, commercials, and change requests.
- Lead SteerCo meetings and manage senior client stakeholders and escalations.
- Drive recovery of delayed or high-risk projects and ensure delivery quality.
- Oversee Azure/cloud migration, digital transformation, and optimization programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in program governance and delivery processes.

Required Skills





- 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in Azure, cloud, data governance, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and large cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including burn-rate and budget management.
- Experience with SOW governance and senior client management.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Project or similar PM tools.

Preferred

- PMP / PgMP / Agile / Scrum certification.
- Azure certification.
- Experience in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, Agile, or DevOps.
