1. Professor Essential Qualifications & Experience (as per AICTE/UGC norms)

- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with First Class at Bachelor's or Master's level.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, of which at least 3 years should be at the Associate Professor level.
- Strong record of research publications, patents, funded projects, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and mentoring.
- Develop and update curriculum in line with industry and academic standards.
- Guide students in academic, research, and career development.

Research and Development:

- Lead research initiatives, consultancy projects, and sponsored programs.
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Mentor junior faculty members in research and academic growth.

Institutional Contribution:

- Support accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Participate in academic governance, policy formulation, and strategic planning.
- Foster industry collaboration and innovation activities.

2. Associate Professor Essential Qualifications & Experience (As per AICTE/UGC Norms)

- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with First Class at Bachelor's or Master's level.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
- Demonstrated research contributions through quality publications, patents, or funded projects.
- Experience in curriculum development, academic administration, and student mentoring preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality teaching and mentor students.
- Lead research initiatives and publish in reputed journals.
- Guide undergraduate and postgraduate projects.
- Support accreditation, curriculum enhancement, and institutional development.
- Mentor junior faculty members.





3. Assistant Professor Essential Qualifications & Experience (as per AICTE/UGC norms)

- Master's Degree in the relevant discipline with First Class.
- Ph.D. preferred as per AICTE/UGC guidelines.
- Prior teaching or industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment tools.
- Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic administration.

4. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

For Engineering Disciplines

Eligibility:

- B.Tech + M.Tech in the relevant specialization OR
- B.Tech + Valid GATE Score OR
- B.Tech + Minimum 1 year of industrial experience in the relevant field.

For Pharmacy Disciplines

Eligibility:

- B.Pharm + M.Pharm in the relevant specialization OR
- B.Pharm + Valid GPAT/GATE (Pharmacy) Score OR
- B.Pharm + Minimum 1 year of industrial experience in the relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sponsored research projects and funded programs.
- Conduct experiments, data collection, and technical analysis.
- Prepare research reports, publications, and presentations.
- Support patent filing, product development, and innovation activities.
- Collaborate with faculty, industry, and research organizations.

5. Demonstrator Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in the relevant discipline with First Class.
- Strong practical and technical knowledge in the respective subject area.
- Prior experience in teaching laboratories is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:





- Assist faculty during practical sessions and laboratory demonstrations.
- Demonstrate experiments, tools, and technical procedures to students.
- Support students in conducting experiments and project work.
- Maintain laboratory discipline and safety standards.
- Assist in evaluation of practical assignments and records.

6. Lab Assistant Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field.
- Experience in laboratory operations and equipment handling preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and consumables.
- Prepare laboratories for practical sessions and experiments.
- Assist faculty and students during laboratory work.
- Ensure proper inventory management and record keeping.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the laboratory.

7. Public Relations Officer (PRO) Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and media relationship management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the institution's public image and brand reputation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, industry, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate press releases, media interactions, and public communications.
- Organize institutional events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Handle corporate communications, crisis communication, and brand-building initiatives.
