Designation: Technician - Production

Location: Pune, India

Qualification:

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related technical field
- Compensation: ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum (No bar for the right candidate)

: The Production Technician executes precise and efficient assembly of electric vehicles, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations at Nexzu Mobility Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assembly Operations: Perform assembly tasks for electric vehicles, including battery installation, wiring, and mechanical fittings, according to predefined specifications. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to assemble parts and verify product functionality.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect components before and after assembly to ensure they meet Nexzu's quality standards. Report any defects or inconsistencies to the production supervisor and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Adherence to SOPs and Safety Protocols: Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions meticulously to ensure consistent and efficient assembly. Adhere to all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work setting and prevent accidents or injuries.
- Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation,



ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper places and in good working condition.
- Team Collaboration and Production Targets: Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet daily production targets and objectives. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and increase efficiency.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities · Proficient in using various tools and equipment for assembly

· Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

· Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions

· Strong attention to detail and precision

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address issues promptly
